PHP Google Weather Parser [EMAIL FOR ZIP FILE DOWNLOAD]
This cheesey little parser is just something I threw together real quick that parsers the google html page and returns the weather info for any city and state in the US and you can make easy adjustment here and there to change things around pretty easily. This enables PHP programmers to parse the weather and put it onto your own website. Of course the disadvantage is that it is not parsing from an RSS feed or anything which means in Google changes their layout ... :( ... the upside is that they rarely do and this is the only option we have as they don't yet provide any XML or RSS feeds.
PHP Soccer Tournament Competition Bracket [EMAIL FOR ZIP FILE DOWNLOAD]
A friend ( Hal Trent (email), excellent Web Applications Developer) and I developed this script. It is a nifty little competition poll or bracket that was created to enable Spoccer.com members to enter a competition. The competition was developed for the 2006 Soccer World Cup but can be easily adapted to pretty much any competition bracket.
